I’m Kedby, the creator behind Kedby Kay Cakes. I graduated from the French Culinary Institute in SoHo, New York in 2012, where I developed a strong foundation in the technical craft of baking.

My passion for cake artistry began in 2003 when I created my first cake for my daughter’s baptism. That moment shaped the direction of my work and continues to influence the level of care and intention behind each design.

In 2013, after welcoming my son, my work evolved into a deeper focus on the meaning of celebration. Today, I specialize in custom, high-end cakes that balance refined design with precision and technique.
